Calling al Bay State carbon removal supporters. OpenAir is spearheading a campaign to make one of the world’s most robust carbon removal support bills – S.2960 (aka The Carbon Removal Leadership Act) state law in 2024. To make this happen we need a lot of citizen support on the ground raising awareness and engaging legislators all over the state.
